By downloading, installing, or using PropScout ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

PropScout is a property intelligence platform that provides:

• GPS-based property identification and scanning
• Property transaction history and market data
• AI-powered investment analysis and insights
• Portfolio tracking and management tools
• Rental yield calculations and market comparisons

The App covers property markets in Dubai (UAE) and the United Kingdom.

3. Account Registration

To use PropScout, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.
